The hotel offered easy parking. The lobby also had a convenient store that sold medicine and snacks and I found this helpful. The room had a soft bed and a large shower suitable for two people. Complimentary robes were included.
The room's soundproofing was not effective and I could clearly hear noises from the adjacent room.

the bell staff stored my luggage quickly. i received my room within an hour. it was on a high floor with views. i could see ships from my room (specifically, i saw cruise ships).
the minibar was faulty. it charged me for items i did not consume. i had to call several times to fix this (i found it pretty inconvenient). the hotel took a large deposit and returned it after almost a month.

the staff felt friendly. they were helpful to our needs. the hotel sits in a very convenient location to restaurants and shops. this location did make it easier to get around.
the water was not complementary. a five stars hotel should provide this. the rate per night felt too expensive to justify the stay. i seen hotels with more amenities at lower rates.
