large shower soft bed
The hotel offered easy parking. The garage is located under the hotel with an elevator going directly to the lobby. The lobby also had a convenient store that sold medicine and snacks and I found this helpful. The room had a soft bed and a large shower suitable for two people. Complimentary robes were included.
The room's soundproofing was not effective and I could clearly hear noises from the adjacent room.

quick luggage storage high floor cruise ships view faulty minibar delayed refund large deposit
the bell staff stored my luggage quickly. i received my room within an hour. it was on a high floor with views. i could see ships from my room (specifically, i saw cruise ships).
the minibar was faulty. it charged me for items i did not consume. i had to call several times to fix this (i found it pretty inconvenient). the hotel took a large deposit and returned it after almost a month.

central location nice rooms robotic receptionist bathroom stains
the location was central. it made it easy to walk everywhere. the rooms also seemed nice.
check in was okay. the receptionist seemed very robotic and clarity wasn't great. the room was unclean, with stains on the bathroom walls.

friendly staff convenient location expensive rate water fee
the staff felt friendly. they were helpful to our needs. the hotel sits in a very convenient location to restaurants and shops. this location did make it easier to get around.
the water was not complementary. a five stars hotel should provide this. the rate per night felt too expensive to justify the stay. i seen hotels with more amenities at lower rates.
